.•Managing and organizing import & export shipments to and from all over the world by air, sea and land.

•Understanding airlines, shipping lines and customs rules & regulations, domestic and international tariffs and other industry requirements.
•Coordinating with Finance Department regarding payable and receivable payments and petty cash.
•Following letter of credit terms and arranging marine insurance of import and export shipments.
•Hired, motivated and appraised the performance of staff, monitored staffing levels, set positive example through knowledge, commitment and work ethic.
•Reporting and recommending performance of staff, carriers, overseas partners and freight forwarders to the Management.
