I built the preventive-maintenance (PPM) framework from scratch in a CMMS (Upkeep), introduced API/IoT asset integration and barcode-linked inventory, and cut asset downtime by 30-45% while raising technician wrench time from ~15% to ~50%. I also lead design coordination and supervise installation and fit-out on renovation projects, advising clients in a consultancy capacity. MEP engineer on large-scale contracting projects, covering installation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems. Supported testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) of HVAC and coordinated site execution with contractors to meet specifications and handover requirements.

Maintenance-engineering internship in a live airport environment. Hands-on exposure to water-cooled chiller operation and maintenance and to PAPI (Precision Approach Path Indicator) calibration, working within the strict routines and safety protocols of an active airside zone, where maintenance is scheduled around aircraft landings and take-offs.

Quality-inspection internship supporting QC inspectors on welding inspection and quality checks for oil-and-gas well services - observing visual/NDT weld-inspection routines and documentation standards.
