• Supervising the Mechanical works at site and issue correspondences highlighting the delay in progress in accordance with baseline program.
• Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain site work as planned.
• Coordinating with Electrical / Civil / Architect Engineers and establish team work to discuss and solve problems and ensure smooth progress of work.
• Supervising specialist subcontractor work and materials / shop drawings to ensure compliance with construction drawings & specifications.

• Raise MEP inspection request for client / consultant engineer and ensure the required clearance for further civil works.
• Attend the internal site and weekly progress meetings.
• Issue the correspondences to the subcontractors & consultant for clarification, further instructions, replying for their requirements and claims, if any.
• Issue the correspondences to the consultant highlighting the overdue, pending submittals and letters, Shop drawings submittals, Request for Information (RFI), Confirmation of verbal instructions (CVI), Material Submittal (MAS), Long lead items ( procurement schedules), …etc.
• Issue internal memo to the Commercial Department highlighting the variations to be considered.
• Coordinating with MEP subcontractor & specialist subcontractors (HVAC, Fire fighting, Plumping, Drainage, Fire alarm, Power supply, Access control, CCTV, Lifts, Escalators, Building Management System, Structured cabling systems, ... etc.)
• Supervising the MEP progress at site and issue correspondences highlighting the delay in accordance with baseline program.
