I am responsible for preparing Technical report, Quotation (cost proposal )&directly Implementation of all U/G Projects construction including Erection, installation, digging U/G Cable trench, laying U/G Cables with the full right processors like sand bedding, cable tiles .gravel, compact the land, …etc. As per standard.
Also, Installation, earthing, termination & joint by right processors for U/G Cables.
Also, all necessary check, testing (like megger test hippo tester H.V test, continuity test….etc.), invoicing &commissioning processors as per standard.

Elect .consultant for EHV 380 KV U/G Cable project at SEC-WOA (EL-Medina EL-Monwara) 3 CKT's : One CKT from MDC (NEW SUBSTATION) TO MDE(EXISTING SUBSATION ) & DOUPLE CKT From MDC to MDE (EXISITING SUBSTATION ).To do all & full supervision, follow up, witnessing, reporting & approved all activities & Materials at site of the project, Inspection, Reviewing the approval, Testing and final hand over of Installation As per approved drawings , approved documents, approved specification/approved FAT Report & as per SEC Standard &Contract.
Installation, Testing and construction of 380 kV power cable from Al-Adel BSP-KMT Transition area6 km, 380kV power cable from Al-Adel BSP- JAM BSP and 6km, 380kV power cable from Al-Adel BSP- JDSPP transition area.
Implementation the activities though so strict quality / safety procedures:-
at the petroleum company projects / SEC EHV Projects :-
• Safety permits before the work & with strict applying for all points of the permit (hot/cold permit, electrical isolation permit. excavation permit, scaffolding safety permit, lifting permit, for closed area (confined space), Gas test ...etc. ).
• Preparing & implementation JHA Job Hazard Analysis especially at Risk /critical activities & activities at Risk /critical condition to assure safe practice (safe method) & safe condition (safe the location or the environment of the work) together.
• Special safety procedures for confined space.
• Preparation for safety plan & practice it.
• Supervision, Observation, monitoring with strict applying to safety procedures like PPE for Labour, TUV/licence for Drivers/operator & Updated Inspection stickers for the equipment's, DCC licence for driving at field of petroleum area.
• Prevent any work at un- safe condition or by unsafe manner or unsafe way.
• Applying strictly SEC 5 starts SAFETY Program / procedures.
• Periodic follow up, safety/QC report, Inspection For the safety /QC at the site & issuing Site Instructions for Safety /QC Violations.
• Periodic safety/QC meting / Trainings/lectures /drilling /seminar.Etc.
• Appling strictly all the requirement of QC/QA/SAFETY & their Procedures including but not limited for SEC 5 starts SAFETY, GNPOC SAFETY Procedures (at the petroleum area), PTS, SEC Standard, Intrnational standard like IEC, IEEE.Cmpany contract /scope of requirements. Etc.

Duties & Responsibilities for above :
• Installation and construction of 380 kV power cable BSP's (S/S).
• 380 kV underground cable laying, Installation, earthing, jointing, termination, commissioning, testing… etc.
• Special technical / Administrative supervision to joint/termination area including but not limited (bonding cable connections, Link Box Istallation, SVL installation, Professional Earthing works, cable support, cable clamps Installation& preparation of civil protection /construction for this so important accessories ).
• Special technical / Administrative supervision for FO System (Fibber OPTIC SYSTEM.
