Responsible on Multiple projects and functional departments for production and processing of clinical
studies, Project setup, study conduct and study close out,
Project support and maintenance with improvements and initiatives for development and monitor project
performance plans, manages the project resources. Proactively anticipates and understands concerns,
issues, delays in the project and develop risk assessment and contingency plans,
Holds each functional area responsible for associated risk mitigation and management. Primary source of

execution of change orders to ensure that the project margins are being met. Tracks and forecasts budget,
metrics, timelines progress for all project deliverables to enable better project decisions,
Gathers metrics from cross-functional areas in relation to project progress. Ensures project team members
have all required resources necessary to complete their assigned tasks,
Maintains all appropriate project documentation including ensuring necessary signatures and approvals
are obtained to complete the project. Ensures all documentation is in order of specifications and according
to processes and procedures defined according to the project,
Drives cross functional quality. Provides input into performance management of project team, maintains
adequate communication with project team and client contacts. Participates in project training and
ensures training compliance for project team,

Project of Real World Evidence is specific to support and coordinate sites and real world data with
Electronic Files in Global Delivery Network of Research Operations with Quality, Accuracy and Deliver
Productivity (PDQ) within different sponsor projects,
Assisting in the development of proposals for clients, Supporting discrete initiatives around IQVIA broad
RWE strategy,
Maintain assigned data points with trial Data Management - Rave. coordinating with site and center,
maintain and file documents of trial Monitoring Visit, icf, as generated during trail with appropriate naming
and tracking regulatory and ethical aspects with quality and productivity,
Perform investigative site file reconciliation: requests any new and updated site-related essential and non-
essential documents and reviews them for content with subject IDs, consistency with other documents,
and compliance with appropriate local regulatory requirements,
Monitoring of Sites with specific to RWE strategies and submit to the sponsors. · Coordinated with other
interns in extensive data-mining operation to create accurate computer Database of all extant research
patients and samples,
Execute projects, Manage goals, and prioritize tasks across different projects in clinical studies,
Demand Management- estimate create work order/change order and get approval from customer and
account delivery management,
Clinical project management- create project charter, project schedule plan, grant chart, manage risk
through risk register, manage internal and external vendor resources,
Project operation management through internal corporate tools to perform allocations, metric reporting,
risk management, CSI prediction modeling, Audit and Project Monthly Report,
Work closely with sponsors and project leaders understanding their plans, discuss on improvements on
current functions through digital technologies, and project performance review,
Identify new growth areas and prepare performance feasibility analysis and create point of contact for
sponsors,
Study Compliance Program by executing collaborative interactions, risk assessments, monitoring
continuous improvement, recommending effective controls and process creating project setup and study
plans,
4.3 years of experience in project management with global clinical operations, practice in Site regulatory
package review and submission with regulatory guidelines and legal requirements of clinical studies,
Responsibility includes monitoring multiple functional units of the study in clinical operations with
external and internal vendor management,
Regular maintenance and distribution of project reports, regulatory required documents and sponsor
submissions.
