إدارة حسابات الموردين والمقاولين.
إدارة وتصفية عهد المسئولين بالموقع.
متابعة صرف الأجور والرواتب .
اصدار تقارير للإدارة عن استحقاقات الشيكات
اصدار تقارير دورية عن حسابات الموردين والمقاولين.

Dealing with all the accounts Section in the company:‎
The account payable:‎
** Dealing with all banks regarding the facilities and all other bank isses
‎** Making the payment approvals for the payable amounts from the company
and getting the approvals from the concerned persons.‎
‎** Recording the outgoing amount in the accounting program.‎
‎** Keeping records about the Banks balance with in the checks issued.‎

Responsible for the invoicing section:‎
‎** Issuing the invoices for all the projects in the company.‎
‎** Verifying all the invoices in all the sections in the company and approving
that invoices initially as the General Manager will sign upon my initial.‎
‎** Recording of all the invoices in the accounting program and following in‎
its due time.‎

The account receivable:‎
‎** Following the clients for the payments and solving any problems regarding the
Payments and invoicing clarification.‎

The salaries payroll for all the Employees in all Sections:‎
‎** A copy from the monthly Sheets of the employee is sent to me in the begging
of each Gregorian month and transferring these time sheets in the payroll.‎
‎** Keeping records of the loan and salary advances and the monthly deduction for
these loans as well as all the other allowances ( Travel, Housing etc.)‎
** Preparing and Submitting the VAT report

Applying price changes over goods, Arranging and organizing products displays along with coordination with product's manufacturers, Applying offers and discounts on available products, Arranging events and marketing campaigns
