Participate in prepare & assigning the required resources, materials and any requirements.
Coordinate, contact and make the arrangements with concern people (customers, STC, suppliers & government departments) for installation and issuing permissions.
Participate in configuration of CISCO switches ME3400 model.
Follow up with concern departments of STC and submitting the required documents till get the money.
Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports for high management for reviewing.
Closure the project with perfect expected quality & keep perfect impression with all stakeholders.
Documenting all project processes (contracts, plans, financial process, etc.) until closure.
