Worked as Projects Engineer and Operations manager for ELV systems.
Worked on major projects of Ashghal schools, QP club, Ummslal market, Gulf Ware housing etc..
Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, design, estimation, procurement, follow-ups, manpower handling, installation, commissioning, handing over and maintenance
Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions, assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on Weekly / daily basis for all groups at site.
Handling overall operations of projects
Installation & Maintenance of ELV systems under warranty periods such as structured cabling, CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control Systems (readers and controllers), PA system, Auto Class Change over System, TV system, FA System and UPS.
Attending meetings with Contractors to have a proper solution for the project.
Develop client proposals and present at stake holder meetings
Coordinate with sales executives to better align company goals & tactics
Motivate junior staff to exceptional performance
Improve the bottom line by ensuring opportunities are addressed and deals are closed
Handling materials or products defined as per the requirement of project.
Coordinating with the suppliers so as to maintain the time management for supply of material.
Involving in purchases of project materials.
Preparing payment document approvals as per the conditions of project execution.
Involved in procurement planning and execution activities.
Coordinating internal engineers and technicians to run the project smoothly
Report to the project manager on daily basis regarding the site updates and escalate issues
coordinate with the supervisors, technicians for smooth flow of the work as per schedule
Attending site meetings along with the PM for coordination with other system
Note down minutes of meetings for future references
Reading and interpreting the drawings to the technicians to execute the site
Activities
Preparing the submittals with storage calculations and field of view layouts for the consultants
Hands on experience in structured cabling, CCTV, ACS, PA
preparing fluke test reports
Verifying patch panel & outlet labeling and checking onsite in liaison with
Draftsmen for as built drawings
Fair knowledge of copper and fiber optic cables, splicing, OTDR and power meter testing
Minimum knowledge of building electric distribution
Worked on telecom wire line projects like intercom systems, door cameras, cctv analog systems, Data cabling for villas, small offices and residential and hotel buildings.
Site supervision, handling vendor teams in completion of sites
Installation of Tel/ DATA points.
Pre acceptance test, Acceptance test
Preparing all the required documents

Responsible for the installation of the BTS, Transmission and power Equipment
Supervision of the installation of the BTS Equipment and power systems and assuring the quality of the installations

Commissioning of the Plug in units software downloading through MMI tools Performing local commissioning test routines and final integration to BSC
