WebSphere MQ:
Strong MQ knowledge different WebSphere MQ versions including v5.3, v6, v7, v7.1 and v7.5.
Experience with Installing, patching and upgrading MQ environments on different OS platforms including AIX, Solaris, Windows, zLinux and z/OS.
Experience with configuring MQ queue environments (queues, channels, services, trigger monitors and etc).
Strong Experience with MQ clustering and designing.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting technique
Experience with securing MQ enviroments i.e. SSL, user authorizations and channel authorizations on distributed system.
Understanding of MQ security on z/OS using RACF.
knowledge of MQ tools such as q, qload, RFHUTIL, MQMON and etc.
Firm knowledge about MQ best practice.
Scripting and automating MQ environments using scripts or JCLs

Experience in monitoring MQ environments.
Ability to assist developers and guide them.
Provide a 24/7 support.
Veritas/HAMP experience.
Supporting DEV/SIS/UAT/PROD and disaster recovery sites
Ability to work and understand MQ traces, FFDC, and error log files
Experience with BMC MainView Monitoring software
IBM WebSphere Application Server
Strong Technical WebSphere application server knowledge with different version including v5.1, v6, v6.1, v7, v8 and v8.5
Experience with Installing/patching/upgrading WAS instances on different OS platforms inclding AIX, SUN Solaris, Windows and zLinux.
Provide on-call support 24/7 for WAS/HTTP servers and workd with vendors/application team to meet their requirments.
Experience in troubleshooting and supporting problem determination and resolution.
Good knowledge about TCP/IP, Firewalls, DNS.
experience with HTTP server SSL configuration and plugins
Good knowledge about WebSphere application server performance tuning, pool sizes, heapsize, cache sizes and etc.
Worked with WAS Network Deployment, standalone and adminagent instances.
Configuring LDAP and SSO.
Strong troubleshoot and problem dertmination techniques.
Supporting DEV/SIS/UAT/PROD and disaster recovery sites
Good knowledge about traces, understand logs and analayze dumps.
IBM CICS
Strong Technical experience with IBM CICS adminstration on z/OS environment.
Support the planning and manages CICS upgrades from v3.1 to v3.2 and from v3.2 to v 4.2
Provide on-call support 24/7 for IBM CICS environemtns..
Experience with CICSPlex environments.
Excellent problem solving and troubshooting technique.
Ability to analalyze system and transaction dumps, traces and logs.
Strong VSAM experience including VSAM forward logging and RLS
Experience in Monitoring CICS regions.
Worked with developers to report problems and adivse if necessary.
Worked and analayze SMF records.
Provide Daily CICS tasks.
Experience in Tuning CICS environments.
Experience about logstream and structures.
Experience with BMC MainView Monitoring software.
Strong JCL and z/OS experince.
Good knowledge about RACF and CICS environment securing.
