Manage, monitor and control the implementation of Construction Projects (Building & Infrastructure Projects) for the following responsibilities:

1) Attend bidder conferences to answer bidders technical questions.
2) Participate in bid evaluation and negotiation meetings.
3) Actively involved in site turn over meeting.
4) Provides guidance to contractors regarding schedule, procedures, scope of work, interpretation of specifications for construction works and other required information.
5) Review\approve shop and as-built drawings submitted by contractor and resolve any discrepancies between contract documents and\or actual site condition.
6) Oversee contractor’s performance and ensure that contractor/subcontractor quality and health, safety and environmental concerns are appropriately handled.
7) Evaluate and recommend approval of project proposals submitted by vendors, contractors, sub-contractors on all construction related projects.
8) Review\approve monthly invoices based on actual percentage of work completed.
9) Assess the performance of contractors on ongoing projects based on approved baselines, and provide input\feedback needed to rectify any potential deviations.
10) Prepare Contractor Performance Reports to the Royal Commission Higher Management.
11) Review\assess change orders as recommended or requested by stakeholders, assess the potential risks, and provide input\feedback to the Change Evaluation Committee.
12) Hand over the projects including the Initial and final Acceptances and close out all the relevant documents.
13) Coordinate with other parties in the implementation of the current and future Master Plan deliverables and initiatives.
14) Assist in establishing, measuring and reporting the achievement of Construction Department goals and targets, QA/QC procedures and performance.
15) Assist in establishing Construction Department Procedures in order to meet ISO standards and conduct the annual internal auditing.
