• Improving the Skills of the Sales Staff by the training programs continues evaluations, and incentives.
• “ Maintenance Engineer” and “Acting Plant Manager” directing more than 90 employees in the largest distillation plant in Riyadh that able to produce more than 80K cubic m/Day.
• Set up the preventive maintenance schedule for the plant equipments, with a close follow up to the maintenance team performance.
• Supervising the issued work orders for all failure in the Plant’s equipments.
• Set up the annual plant budget.
• Preparing the plant’s equipments “mechanical spare parts” requirement as an annual basis.
• Perennial member in a Comity for the Projects Bids technical analysis.
• Perennial member in a Comity for inspecting the newly arrival spare parts and equipments.
