Created Material Preservation program as per OEM.
Trained and Mentored as SHEM Instructor diploma program with Exams.
Volunteered of SHEM Audit 2012 to 2017 as Auditor and Auditee for Spot, Implementation, documentation, and Won between affiliates for SHEM External Audit result 2.9/4 in 2015.
Job Responsibility:
Material Management, Stock Inventory, Warehouse, UOM, WO, PR, PO, Data Etc.
Statistical reports analyst for all Material Status, (SAP, MDRM Etc.).
Resources (Materials) in (one SABIC), other local companies and over world in Local and Global Trade Service (GTS).
Implementing preservation program as Quality improvement for Material System.
Review and Identify the official traders of OEM / Services (third Party), avoiding others- Sanctioned Party Lists (SPL).
Insure to have full closing to any Work Order based on material or services.
Track the performance of process of work and report it at the time.
Identify Material Data to improve the performance of purchasing.
Guidance the provider of materials (DHL) during import in any needs or government requirements.
Manage & coordinate the Assets & Materials of the work for ARAMCO site work.
Coordinate the work as per work Orders of ARAMCO.
Link logging Data to ARAMCO site.
Manage the Cost to be effective in work orders.
Customers’ relationship Management.
Stakeholders service Management and Guide for technically solutions.
Estimated budget for Products Cost, and estimated products quantity.
Evaluate the quotations for correct product and value.
Management and service for Distribution and Transmission.
Support in IT Services and lines activation in IDEN System.
