-Support the Coordinator - Communications Center in the day to day operations of the Communications Center and facilitate the effective delivery of related services.
- Coordination with regards to requests, problems and/or issues etc.
- Submit queries and service requests and settlement of Bills
- Assist the Coordinator - Communications Center in the effective operations of the Communication Centre including the procurement, installation and maintenance of the resources necessary for fulfilling the electronic communication requirements of the company.
- Follow-up and ensure implementation of the necessary services to address/resolve the communication needs/issues of the different departments within Milaha, as and when required.
- Coordinate with the different departments at the telecom-services vendors for ensuring delivery of required services.
- Facilitate the process of settlements of bills for the various services from Telecom, Courier, Hotel and other vendors respectively by recording and maintaining accounting information on the Bill Payment System on Oracle and coordinating with Finance for timely payments to the concerned parties.
- Assist in the activities related to the archiving of documents and files in the Store.
- Facilitate the activities related to mail delivery and distribution services including courier/postage.
- Coordinate the arrangement of accommodation for company guests, new recruits etc. as and when required.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

-Coordinate with Traffic Department for the completion of vehicles’ and equipment’s registration
-Safe keeping of original registration cards and updating status of renewals
-Prepare required letters for changing of number plate, renewal of registration number, modification of equipment, accident cases, permission for escort vehicles, painting and repainting, changing of chassis number, etc.
-Ensure equipment & vehicles are ready for traffic registration, and that these underwent technical inspection from authorities, and related works from equipment workshop are done
-Ensure equipment & vehicles are ready for third party certification such as load test, wire rope inspections from various authorized inspectors like Bureau Veritas, Lloyds, etc.
-Ensure Woqod chips are correctly installed/uninstalled for monitoring fuel consumption and related payments
