Responsibilities:
• To mentoring & leading a team of internationally accredited qualification National Vocational Qualification (NVQ L2/3) verified by Edexcel, to organizing & managing Structured Competence Assurance and Training & Development Programs in order to coordinate staff development in-line with company policy.
• To stream line the activities of on Job/Trainers/Assessors in delivering Hands-on Training and Assessments Competence Program.
• Directing the CA & A Accreditation System; analysing assessor candidates for competence, and conducting internal verification of the CA&A process to ensure that quality is maintained
• Performing training needs analysis in-line with staff development programmes, evaluating & validating training outputs and effectiveness of all On Job Trainers, as well as developing Hands-on Tasks Books for TOPs & Graduate Engineers
• Mentoring the recruitment of Hands-on Job Trainers/Assessor & TOPs taking full responsibilities of the recruitment process. I.e. CVs reviewing & Short Listing.
• In liaison with HR Personnel & Function Team I took the leading Role in arranging for \[TOPs\] Interview, And I participated during the winter for OJTs/Assessors.
