Currently working as Procurement Manager at Massadr
* Working with Oracle Team for the ERP Implementation for Supply Chain module.
* Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
* Leading all Supply Chain Management activities to secure all purchases for a business worth
45M $.
* Establishing preferred supplier selection criteria based on supplier evaluations of price,
quality and on time performance.
* Managing contracts with suppliers to assure best price, adequate items are available in
stock with the vendors to secure the business requirement.
* Communicate demand and verify material needs with internal and external customers.
* Managing inventory and establishing systems to determine necessary inventory levels,
safety stock, reorder points, and reorder patterns.
* Setting targets to the purchasing team related to on time delivery, cost savings and
localization.
* Working with relevant teams to ensure accurate forecasting for all requirements.
* Monitoring the overall performance to assure that the targets are met.
* Determine key supply chain KPIs.
* Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
* Monitors forecasts and quotas to identify changes and determines their effect on material management activities.
* Defines performance metrics for measurement, comparison and evaluates supply chain factors, such as product cost and quality.
* Analyzes inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reducing waste and optimizing customer service.
* Develops procedures for coordination of material management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance, logistics.
* Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders.
* Meets with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, performance feedback and production forecasts and changes.
* Establishes and implements supply chains that support business strategies in line with changing market conditions, new business opportunities and cost reduction strategies.
* Manages activities related to strategic and tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control and warehousing.
* Collaborates with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify and qualify new suppliers.
* Monitors suppliers’ performance to assess their ability in delivering the required materials with the best quality standards, and deliver times.
* Evaluates, reviews and implements new supply chain processes in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards and regulations

* Evaluate current processes and systems as they relate to Procurement, Inventory, and Asset Management.
* Manage personnel and provide departmental support for XSR division USA and Procurement internationally.
* Implement, uphold and enforce procurement strategy and policies.
* Forecast procurement needs / reduce slow-moving inventory and identify obsolete materials

* Reconcile open PO’s
* Delegate and manage the task of populating Tabware systems parts hierarchy
* Evaluate current processes and systems as they relate to Procurement, Inventory, and Asset Management.
* Generally manage and coordinate departmental operations to meet the objective of the corporate strategic plan and corporate operating plan.
* Review and approve adequate plans for control of planned outputs, budget spending, effectiveness, and customer services.
* Procurement management, Purchase orders for Stock & Non-Stock using J.D. Edwards.
* Meet with vendors, customers, quality representatives, and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems as required.
* Work with GM to accomplish the following as related to parts inventories; identify part to be inventoried, procure & manage inventories, and set up count schedules.
* With assistance from HR: recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

* Installing a pilot project at Saudi Aramco’s sites for collecting rig real time data and sending them to a central server.
