key Areas of Responsibility :

1- Identify all stakeholders requirements and expectations .
2- Develop and update project management plan and project documents such as (risk
register, stakeholder register, resource register, issue log, communications project,
change log, project schedule, etc..) .
3- Manage deliverables according to the plan .
4- Lead and manage the project team .
5- Resolving Resource Conflicts .
6- Manage day-to-day relationship with stakeholders and resolution of all issues .
7- Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders in reports and status meetings .
8- Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where
necessary .
9- Applying change control .
10- Ensure monthly billing, timely collection of revenue, and manage procurement and
payment to contractors .
11- Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependence with other projects and
their impact .
12- Manage Client acceptance of the solution and managing client expectations in line with agreed statement of work .
13 Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within client
expectations for quality and functionality .
14- Files are indexed and archived .
15- Lessons learned are completed .
