Enhanced the gathering of Biometric data for about 2000 cadets during 24 hours of their arrival -every 4 weeks- by re-designing the process through directing 22 out of 100 operators chosen from hundreds of personnel working in JIPTC on each phase of the overall process, enabled QA/QC measures over the encrypted files, which had a confidential nature, through a custom made software, developed training procedures and standards for new operators over the “Cross Match Technologies” empowered by “Ideal Innovations Corp.” for forensics’ uses and data capture and facilitated methods to train employees who are unfamiliar with this technology, along with creating monitoring and tracking techniques for developing fair schedules that increases performance.
main responsibilities included collecting confidential Biometric data from Iraqi Police Cadets, data accuracy verification, producing information reports, and delivering and maintaining encrypted confidential data to the authorized partied in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior.
Following up the projects’ performance and growth while reporting achievements on a regular basis to the senior management of the project, coordinating the joint activities between different projects to raise professionalism within achieved tasks, organize training courses of all levels to be held at one of the projects’ facilities to bring attention to it and raise interests in its activities.
