Resident Engineer for the following projects:
1- G+M showroom, workshop and offices for M/S Arabian Automobile Co. at Sharjah
2-4B+G+M+12 mixed use building for Hreis of Mr. Easa Al Yousufi at, Dubai
General Duties(not limited to):
1-Ensuring that the work executed as per the contract documents (drawings, BOQ, spec....etc)
2-Ensuring that safety requirements are fulfilled
3-Follow up the contractor to ensure that project progress complies clause 14 program
4-Clearing for contractor any discrepancies between contracts documents in cooperation with design team
5-Ensuring that all material used at site are matching with the approved submittals
6-Review and advise the P.M regarding all official transmittal
7-Prepare quantities, quotation and comparison sheets for Provisional sum and Prime Cost items
Site Engineer for the following projects:
1-G+2 staff accommodation at DIP Dubai
2-B+G+8 residential building at DSO Dubai
3-ADNOC filling station at Fujairah (1 month only as a relief)
4-Three G+M warehouses at DIP Dubai
General Duties (but not limited to):
-Ensuring that the work executed as per the contract documents (drawings, BOQ, spec....etc)
-Ensuring that safety requirements are fulfilled
-Review and assist the R.E/P.M regarding all official transmittal (shop drawings, material/supplier, subcontractor, RFI, payments...etc)
-Prepare quantities, quotation and comparison sheets for Provisional sum and Prime Cost items
Work with contracting company according to work/position availability in the following projects:
1- AlHuda Shcool
2-Al Awda School
3-Extension of Bashir AlRayes School
4-AlMakfofeen School
Duties:
All official work related to contracting company
All work progress at site
Prepare in cooperation with site staff/engineer all submittals, payments, drawing...etc
