In my current role, I am accountable for creating and implementing best practices to increase the number of successful collections and eviction cases. I also incorporate third-party collection practices to create an aggressive & balanced approach for the collections staff.

-Client Relationships : As Collections Director, I am playing a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients. This involves understanding their needs, addressing any concerns or issues, and fostering strong partnerships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
-Employee Development : I am responsible for hiring and retaining talented employees, as well as providing them with leadership and guidance. This includes setting performance expectations, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
-Technology and Innovation : Staying abreast of technological advancements and industry trends is essential for a debt collections Department. I am evaluating and implementing innovative technologies, such as automation and analytics tools, to improve operational efficiency and enhance collections strategies.
-Risk Management : Debt collections involve inherent risks, such as legal and reputational risks. It is my duty to identify and manage these risks effectively, implementing proper internal controls, oversight mechanisms, and compliance measures to mitigate potential risks.
