- Evaluate staffing needs and oversee recruitment efforts.

• Design strategic and operational performance management plans.
• Conduct screening, phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for all levels.
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire and source-of-hire.
• Enhance candidate experience through surveys and process optimization.
• Train hiring managers in interviewing techniques and assessments.
• Represent company in job fairs and external recruitment events.
• Maintain candidate communication and follow-up throughout hiring process.

• Coordinate local and international recruitment logistics for offshore crew.
• Manage mobilizations, travel, accommodation, and crew changes.
• Handle timesheet collection and salary computations.
• Maintain up-to-date Crew Status Reports and answered employee inquiries.
• Promote compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.
