• Control and monitor cost and expenses to ensure that it operate within the approved
operational and capital budgets.
Develop KRAs & KPIs for subordinates. Provides guidance/assistance to subordinates to
achieve targets.
• Manage and monitor the operation of the plant and warehouse to ensure continuity of
production and maintain organized receiving and dispatch of finished products.
• Direct all production and delivery activities while maintaining quality, production, and
safety standards.
• Build, manage and motivate the staff towards team development and exemplary
performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate systems and procedures to support manufacturing
process development.
• Utilizes all resources available to ensure maximum usage.
• Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and ensure material
supply meets production requirements.
• Manage inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place.
• Report on achievement of targets and identify any corrective action.
• Make a production plan based Sales plan.
• Develop monthly schedule for the production process.
• Capacity planning based shops capacities to reduce breakdown.
• Minimize Work In Process (WIP) inventory.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Notify sales on any delays.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
• In charge for the following function:
1. Material Planning.
2. Warehouse and Receiving operations.
3. Production Posting and material transactions
.
• Responsible for fixing the IE standards for various operations.
• Responsible for calculating the manpower requirement for various shops in production department based on IE standard rates.
• Responsible for implementing the production incentive scheme with respect to IE standard rates.
