Student Services
* Planning and arranging social, cultural, and recreational activities of various student
groups, according to university policies and regulations.
* Welcoming new students by arranging the orientation day.
* Providing consulting and suggested solutions to the proposed complaints and various
issues of students’.
* Organizing and planning students’ council elections.
* Supervising the students’ council through meetings and advising according to
university policies and regulations.
* Reporting events to faculties through the Students' affairs dean.
* Coordinate closely with clubs/organizations about their event requirements and to
finalize their plans for events.

Responsible for development and maintenance of alumni services
* Establish and build relationships with a wide range of alumni, locally, regionally,
nationally, and internationally
* Capture graduate contact, biographical, and career information and ensure accurate
and complete alumni
* database records; catalog successful graduates that can be featured in marketing initiatives
* Build networking opportunities for alumni and students
* Coordinate alumni reunions and events
Career Development
* Initiate and maintain ongoing personal contacts with a variety of
business/industry representatives and job placement/training agencies to
promote alumni placement
* Research internet, newspapers, agencies, and other resources for job leads
* Keep updated regarding job fairs and internet resources
* Participate in outreach and recruitment activities by coordinating and attending job fairs
* Collect data from employers related to job offers including job requirements and skills
* Process qualifications and employment search requests from alumni
* Match jobs with qualified alumni
* Conduct follow-up on placed alumni

Receiving new students and registering them for various degrees (BA. MA).
* Answering inquiries by the phone, fax, or email.
* Checking the files of applicants in accordance with the requirements of admission
and registration and storing the data in the computer.
* Furnishing the colleges with the averages of new students.
* Following up the academic progress of the student including postponement,
discontinuing, withdrawing, major changing…etc. and comparing this with the
maximum capacity for admission of new students.
* Following up links with other universities and university service offices and providing
the Financial Office with the names of students and their status.
* Preparing schedules for new students.
* Following up and comparing the maximum capacity for admission and allocations to
determine the actual number of students to be admitted, and preparing daily figures for
this.
* Organizing and executing registration in accordance with the courses offered,
withdrawals and new additions.
* Preparing study schedules and final examination timetables and allocation of lecture halls.
* Receiving final examination results, checking them and recording them manually
and mechanically.
* Announcing final examination results and calculating term and overall averages
* Following up and applying study plans for the various specializations offered
* Preparing lists of the names of outstanding students and graduating students at the end
of each term.
* Preparing lists of students expected to graduate and graduating at the end of each term.
* Checking student's documents, tracing and following up missing documents.
* Following up and safekeeping of all the documents including schedules, mark sheets,
students’ correspondence, certificates…etc. These are properly kept in special files.
Other Responsibilities at Applied Science University - Bahrain (Current)
* Presenting ASU at educational and promotional exhibitions
* Responsible of ASU’s social media (Face book, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram )
* A member in ASU quality assurance committee
* A member in ASU community service committee
Others:
Constantly working as a freelancer, giving private Marketing lessons, and translation,
Arabic to English & vice versa
