Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of the Annual Incentive Policy in consultation with the respective product / business managers
Updating the approved Sales, Service & Support Units Incentives Payout procedure document as & when there is a change in the process
Data verification and Processing of Incentive Payment Requests pertaining to Personal Loans, Credit Cards, TeleMoney & other support function units - Telesales, ATM
Co-ordinating with the Incentive Validation team for half-yearly exercise
Preparation of the Customer Profitability Reports.
Data validation and Processing for of Insurance (Auto Leasing + Housing), ATMs Quarterly maintenance.
Co-ordinating expenditure accrual booking with the Finance & Planning Department
• Perform in-depth analysis proposals for new facilities to be granted and for renewal of existing facilities.
• Presentation of proposals to Senior Credit Committee as and when needed, Attended all SCC meetings where proposals from branch network are being considered
• Monitor portfolio performance including Past Due & Excess over limits on weekly basis and escalating action steps Head of Credit Group.
• Develop & Follow-up mechanism for improving shares trading facilities performance for utilization rate and trading turnover, rectification of shortfalls in interest servicing, correction of coverage ratio, documentation completion, processing the liquidation process
• Ensure full compliance with the Credit Policy.
