• Understand customer expectations and needs from a product.
• Develop quality control processes and Design product specifications.
• Check sample before start the operation to make sure it is chemically and physically matched.

• Finalize the files related to the ISO, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001 for the Quality Department

periodically and make a schedule for them to ensure the continuity of product quality
• Supervise staff and monitoring production standards.

• Perform equipment calibrations according to calibration plan to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Search for new, easier, more accurate and faster methods for existing experiences
• Analyze factory samples before the start of operation, during operation, and at the end of operation
to ensure that the production conforms to the chemical specifications in its entirety
