KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct evaluation of the credit worthiness of potential customers, in order to approve in-house credit for purchasing company products.
• Provide credit facility to customers in line with the pre-defined credit policies and procedures, and complete necessary documentation.
• Coordinate the follow-up and collection of dues on an ongoing basis, prepare the outstanding credit report at the end of every month.
• Review the company’s credit policies, identify scope for improvement and collaborate with senior stakeholders to bring about positive changes.
• Prepare and verify the documentation required for raising defaulted customers’ cases to the legal department, from time to time.
• Generate monthly performance reports and statements of accounts for customers, submit the same to the senior management team.
• Maintain continuous track of credit facilities provided to customers, conduct ageing analysis and undertake appropriate actions for various cases.
• Handle account reconciliation between company records and customers’ books of accounts, while procuring balance confirmation from customers every year.
• Work towards the sustenance of long-term relations with clients, assess complaints raised by customers and resolve disputes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Worked as part of the corporate banking division with focus on developing financial portfolios aligned with the bank’s business strategies.
• Studied and understood the risk parameters defined by the bank and accordingly structured finances customized to meet client requirements.
• Scheduled and conducted client visits to their premises or project sites, for the purpose of credit origination and monitoring.
• Collaborated with the Risk Management and Shari’ah departments with a view to ascertain that all financial risks are identified and mitigated.
• Attended the Credit Committee Meetings, provided inputs regarding credit facility provision for customers and presented customized credit proposals.
• Ensured that the Letter of Offer is drafted and prepared within the pre-defined timelines, handled the sign-off process and monitored acceptance.
• Conducted review of Sukuk for the purpose of identifying potential investment opportunities and presenting such proposals to the bank’s stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Functioned as a subject matter expert with the IT service provider, with focus on providing in-depth insights about various technologies.
• Conducted analysis of legacy systems, identified scope for improvement and initiated system improvement projects for clients.
• Worked as part of various projects pertaining to the customization of communication systems, HR and financial solutions, workflow software etc.
• Handled operations over Oracle and Ultimus BPM environment to deliver high-end, customized and scalable ERP solutions for clients.
• Attended project planning meetings, shared inputs regarding functional requirements and assisted in the finalization of delivery schedules.
• Ensured compliance with industry best project delivery practices and ascertained that all software / solutions are deployed in line with the pre-set cost, time and quality parameters.
• Involved in various phases of project management, right from requirement elicitation to project execution, software testing and post-implementation support.
