 Assist Project Manager in design phase of project base and detail design, material specification
and approval, submittals, key plan and schematics.
 Estimates quantities monitor project procurement plan, make purchase request, follow purchase
order issuance, assist Project Manager in subcontractor and suppliers selection and review
contracts and agreements.
 Assist Project Manager in cost and budget estimation and control cost during project
execution.
 Mobilization and demobilization of site, material request and issuance for installation.
 Control and monitor subcontractor progress and invoices review and approval.
 Attend kick off, design, progress, weekly and monthly meetings.
 Ensure project execution as per planned schedule, approved design and specification, quality
and safety requirements.
 Assist Project Manager in invoice preparation and provide required documents approval from
client representative for invoice submission.
 Follow up for RMI, MIR, RFI, NCR, safety observations and site instructions.
 Maintain good relation with client, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
 Project closing and handover. Assist on getting TCC, PAC and FAC certificates.
 Attend site visit for new tenders and project.
Projects:
1. INTERCONNECTION of ALSHARAFIYAH 8386 SS with 132 kV network(RIYADH)
Construction of four 132 kV UGC circuits with fiber optic.
2. ISKAN AL KHARJ REPLACMENT PROJECT (RIYADH):
Installation of new 110 KV UGC circuits with fiber optic. To replace existing circuit.
3. ALSAIL RAOD AND OSAILAH PROJECT (MAKKAH):
Construction of seven 110 kV UGC circuits with fiber optic.

 Follow up electrical activities of high voltage cables, substations and fiber optics of project
 Ensure execution of activity as per approved drawing and specification.
 Arrange method of statement, job safe procedure and risk assessment.
 Request of material, manpower and equipment.
 Supervise and prepare for high voltage cable pulling, jointing, termination, gassing
degassing of gas insulated switch gear GIS, protection, panel installation, cable support and
tray installation, fiber optic pulling, electrical testing of high voltage power cables, high
voltage test, fiber optic and relay testing activities.
 Good knowledge in high voltage cables (XLPE and LPOF), overhead lines OHL, gantries,
substation (110kV, 132kV) specification, and standards.
 Conduct inspection with consultant RFI to get approval for installation.
 Approved Saudi Electricity Company C1 permit receiver (LOA, STW) inside high voltage
substations and power plants.
 Fault location and repair of high voltage power cables.
 Prepare permits for manpower and equipment required to enter substation.
 Project closing and hand over.
Projects:
1. MAINTINACE OF ISKAN SS TRANSFORMER 01 (MAKKAH):
Replacements of all existing cables HV and MV of transformer with new cables and
termination.
2. ORAIJAH PROJECT (RIYADH):
Sixteen 132 KV UGC circuit with fiber optic and protection modification
3. SHAMIAH AND RASIFAH PROJECT (MAKKAH):
Replacement of OHL with double UGC circuits up to gantry, protection modification
and GIS CT installation.
4.JABAL OMAR PROJECT (MAKKAH):
Installation of three 110 kV circuits with fiber optics length of 10 km
