Reporting to the Bord director, with direct line responsibility of 8 HR professionals and 5 Administrivia and 8 Logistic professionals located in Riyadh.
• Take a lead in creation and Implementation HR policies & processes.
• Collectively accountable for strategic HR as well as managing full employee life cycle from Manpower Planning, Employee Relations, Budgets, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Labor Optimization, Succession Planning and Total skilled in managing all human resource functions across the organization and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that HR operational and strategic issues are being effectively managed.
• Developing strategic solutions to people development and retention issues including talent reviews, succession planning, calibration reviews and performance management.
• Managing all off-boarding process (resignations, terminations settlements and etc...).
• Conducting the investigations, managing penalties and disciplinary actions.
• Established related forms to personnel and other units.
• Managing the update of employee handbook regularly to align with the market/regulatory

• Reporting to CEO, with direct line responsibility of 12 HR professionals and 5 IT professionals and 8 Logistic professionals and 2300 employees in scope located in Riyadh.
• Collectively accountable for strategic HR as well as managing full employee life cycle from Manpower Planning, Employee Relations, Budgets, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Labor Optimization, Succession Planning and Total skilled in managing all human resource functions across the organization and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that HR operational and strategic issues are being effectively managed.

• Delivering HR leadership in all aspects of business strategy to create company structure, performance systems, business processes, solutions and metrics aimed at performing business goals and developing talents.

o Undertake all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
o Responsible for the recruitment of staff within assigned Province.
o Liaises with local recruitment agencies for interviewing and short listing candidates suitable for employment
o Responsible for identifying in close liaison with the operations management the staffing requirements (up to store management level) for the province.
o Responsible for screening all received CV's and short listing of candidates for the interviewing process.
o Pre-interviews candidates and compiles shortlist for operations management/functional management to interview and make a final employment decision.
o Responsible for implementing a program for the recruitment and selection of nationals within their province.
o Recommends the most suitable method and medium for local national's recruitment.
o Personally involved in interviewing and short listing of local nationals for final interview and the final selection by line management.
o Responsible for tracking progress and continuing suitability of employed nationals.
o Closely tracks all arrangements and maintains all record and progress reports. Prepares offer letters for selected candidates and rejection letters for unsuccessful candidates.
o Manages the activities and quality of the work of the regional recruitment team leaders, officers, coordinators and administrators.
o Ensures all recruitment activities and processes are delivered to a high standard, and to arrange with the external parties for any recruitments events and days to participate on it.
1- Maximize the service level of providing the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements of the division and providing timely service.
2- Communicate with overseas agencies/suppliers by establishing good rapport in order to promote better industry-institute interaction.
3- Reviewing, screening, pre-interview applicants for junior E grades positions when required.
4- Coordination of the interview process by interacting with the functional heads
to recruit the right candidate for the job.
5- Updating the recruitment status by interacting with the external consultants to ensure timely information.
6- Sourcing the right candidate by complying and adhering to company polices and procedures in the area of recruitment & selection to meet standards of quality performance.
7- Reviewing the MPR with Job descriptions, on a periodical basis to understand the manpower projections, the candidate profile required and initiate action for recruitment.
8- Collaborating closely with the external customers in drawing the interview schedule for interviews and calling candidates for interviews.
9- Preparing all necessary correspondences, reports related to Recruitment.
10- Maintaining and operating the recruitment tracking database system and generate required reports.
11- Monitor the Implementation of SAP and updating the information.
Preparing and implementing the recruitment and selection assessment of qualified candidates that matching IKEA departments need based on their job vacancies as well also to find replacements including administrate all work related to employees’ contracts, documentation, data entry and reporting and administering, monitoring, and ensuring the timely processing of all the processes related to non-Saudi employees such as the issuance and renewal of residencies and work permits, transferring warranties of new staff, passports handling and all other related issues and preparing monthly GOSI reports, introduction letters, as well as maintaining employee personal files
