Key accountabilities:
- Lead review of risk for defined work packages to support effective management and mitigation of risk.
- Support the management of R&O within the department.
- Apply scheduling techniques to ensure projects meet key dates and objectives.
- Participate in developing resource plans.
- Establish collate and integrate various targets and plans to ensure assigned project elements can be delivered to customer requirements and to meet the needs of the overall project.
- Co-ordinate and manage activities on assigned project elements.
- Monitor performance against plan and take action to ensure issues and problems are addressed in an effective and timely manner.
- Prepare WBS and OBS and integrate them to ensure effective cost performance measurement.
- Support the relationships with small/medium-sized suppliers.
- Lead, develop and motivate assigned staff.
- Liaise with all functions relevant to the delivery of assigned project elements.
Key accountabilities:
- Capture the customer requirements and develop statement of requirements (SoR), Statement of work (SoW), Project management plan (PMP), and risk and opportunity management plan (ROMP).
- Support in Capturing new risks & opportunities and populate them to a mature level and conduct monthly reviews.
- Develop and baseline FM/BO&I schedule and conduct regular reviews.
- Maintain good communication with the stakeholders.
- Ensure that the project complies with LCM policies.
- Produce project status pack on monthly basis
worked on the “On-Shelf Availability (OSA) project”.
Main accountabilities:
•Design, develop and maintain OSA model & master data sheets
•Measure out of stock (OOS) on the shelves as per Unilever’s OOS definition
•Collect and analyze OOS data
•Create loss tree and root cause analysis
•Develop and propose solutions for arising deficiencies through formulating action plans and KPIs
•Implement the solution and measure improvements
•Roll out the selected solution to many different stores across KSA
