Duties:
• Coordinated with the client & project team to provide allnecessary deliverables as per the
stakeholders request promptly and efficiently.
• Reviewed contracts and ensured that all materials and specifications are delivered in coordination
with the client'srequest while instructing contractor to comply within the submittals.
• Assessed all monetary aspects of the project ranging frominterim payments to variations and
change orders while coordinating with the financing party.

associated materials.

Duties:
• Manage the chain of suppliers and keep suitable commercialenterprise relationships by checking and
reviewing the pre qualification portfolio.
• Increase quality and safety plans for the project, and then create measuring gear to measure
performance by conductingweekly meetings with the presence of the subcontractors in order to
mitigate the delay by resolving the problems being faced on site.
• Responsible for managing the site inspectors by ensuring that the contractor has a full comprehension
of the approved showdrawings.
• Conducting inspections to ensure that the work on site is reflecting the approved shop drawings and free
from technicalfaults.
• Manage and review the inspections test plan stating the properwitness points and hold points prior to
the completion of the activity as a whole.
• Follow up with activities completed on site and ensure that they are reported accurately to the
planning department forverification and to match it with the approved baseline program.
• Review technical submittals and communicating with the suppliers creating workshops on the
methodologies that shallbe implemented.
• Plan and schedule all the site activities for all the works.
• Imparting technical steerage, assistance, and motivation for allof the members of the construction
crew.
• Providing various set of finishing items and presenting them tothe client for a final decision on the
items that shall be used.
• Supervise tasks, progress activities and exclusive interfaces with construction, engineering,
automation, QA/QC, safety, planning, procurement and logistics.
• Prepare the monthly progress report and QA/QC report to besent to client.
• Review manpower and equipment histograms and make certain that the required amount of labor and
staff and equipment areavailable to achieve the deliverables as planned.
