- Contracts: Responsible on issuing employment contracts for new hired employees; renew/extend existing employees’ contracts, and manage transfer / promotion / demotion, and any other contractual changes and ensure its compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Employee Services: Responsible on ensuring smooth and high quality services in both travel and medical insurance services, manage the renewal of employee related insurance policies, and any other services under this area.
- Investigations, Discipline, and Grievance System: Accountable on reviewing, leading investigations, and writing recommended course of action on received incidents / violation / offence committed by employee(s) against company’s regulations, as well as grievance applications, with submitting weekly / monthly / quarterly summary report.
- Separation: Responsible on ensuring smooth clearance and separation process in-collaboration with concerned parties as per company’s policies & procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
- Medical / Work Injuries: Analyze incidents / medical cases for employees and writing recommended course of action to eliminate them.
- Develop and maintain personnel operational KPIs, i.e. process time, absenteeism rate, productivity rare … etc
- Identifies, writes, and implements Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Oversee HR projects (i.e. simplification projects, enhancement of policies & procedures, employee handbook, leaflet, surveys, orientation program … etc)
- Develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HRIS reports.
- Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS database information, including but not limited to Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Development/Management (PA) SAP modules.
- Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes, and assists in preparing proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
•Established networks and relationships within the Client’s organization as well as across the relevant industry sector/s by undertake candidate market research and cold calls to source candidates and referrals, and attending relevant events and functions to form new relationships
•Manage the End to End Recruitment Process, i.e. staff requisition; sourcing candidates; interviewing; reference checking, and offer management etc.
•Develop and implement strategies to develop Client’s internal talent pool with a view to facilitating registration of all internal talent in "skills in demand". Develop and maintain a register of critical internal talent.
•Analyze labor market trends, workforce plans and organizational intelligence to identify occupational trends and develop attraction strategies and methods.
•Establish and implement talent supply systems and processes including: planning and scheduling tactics for the recruitment of critical and scarce talent, establishing protocols for migrating candidates from candidate pool to talent pool.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to develop programs for pro‐active recruitment activity with key clients, including planning, scheduling and resourcing for volume recruitment.
•Drive customer and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on building networks and sourcing strategies. Provide professional HR advisory, consultancy and project management services.
•Provide professional advice concerning Client’s core recruitment principles at all times and utilize corporate systems and processes to manage recruitment and selection activities.
•Research and analyze HR management needs and organizational trends and issues occurring at local, state, national and international levels that are likely to affect the strategic direction and delivery of Talent Supply services in meeting business needs.
•Develop and maintain departmental and organizational KPIs, i.e. time to hire, gap ratio, Nationalization rate … etc
•Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
•Recruitment P&P and flow chart.
•Manpower and recruitment budget for planned vacancies.
•Assessment center preparation ( Case Study - Group discussion- Intelligence test - English Test ).
•Behavioral competencies and technical competencies.
•Deal with head hunting for executive search and coordinate with hiring managers for interviews.
•Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, dealing with many agencies in different countries for overseas recruitment, do all process for local recruitment.
•Saudization plan for all departments and branches in the organization and deal with HRDF to get goverment support.
•Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
•Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
•Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
