• Visiting several Saudi Aramco facilities and acting as a Subject Matter Expert and focal point of contact for any mechanical seal commercial/technical issues and making chances to develop the company business.
• Managing the proposal process and developing strategies to ensure making the most competitive technical and commercial offerings.
• Assisting in profitably meeting customer needs by being a responsive liaison between the Company and customers on matters relating to seal repairs, upgrades, new unit applications and spare parts.
• Following up with different customers for any open quotations and accelerate PO issuance.
• Responsible for settlement of warranty disputes and field problems.
• Coordinating with other departments within the company locally and worldwide to resolve any commercial or technical issues.

- Providing continuous support to install and pre-commission various rotating equipment and mechanical packages.

-Responsible for handling more than 1 thousand different mechanical equipment and resolving any issues they encounter during the construction and pre-startup phase which includes resolving rotating equipment issues such as misalignment, high coupling run-out, seized parts, bearing oil leakage, rubbing noise, faulty mechanical seals and high vibration issues during the motor solo run as well as miscellaneous issues with static equipment.

- Acting as a technical consultant, when required, by coordinating and resolving problems with personnel throughout Jacobs, the client and organizations outside of the company.

-Acting as a Vendor Rep Site Manager which includes handling all vendor supports for constructions and pre-com phases for rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps, multi-stage compressors, agitators and cooling towers as well as for static equipment such as towers, tower internals, heat exchangers in addition to Brine handling systems.

- Reviewing vendors’ documentations such as GA drawings, IOMs, pre-commissioning and start-up check lists to identify Scope of Works and whether vendors will be required and making sure the vendor support works are carried out in a timely and appropriate fashion.

-Conducting walk downs collectively with the client/contractor to punch any outstanding works needed to be completed before the handover to the client.

-Providing mechanical engineering support to the project team including; construction, pre-commissioning, QA/QC, materials and logistics departments.

-Helping route and answer Site Technical Queries (STQs) for Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment as well as Piping.

-Issuing Site Instructions to the Construction Contractor for any work which is not in their scope such as on site repair, design modifications after being in agreement with the client and equipment manufacturer.

-Assuring that all work is done in accordance with project procedural and contractual requirements.

- Servicing different gas filtration stations in Saudi Arabia.
- Generating written service reports and/or commissioning reports.
- Reviewing maintenance procedures and modifying them whenever is required.
- Coordinating with the client and subcontracts the maintenance activities be done and expedite all parties to meet deadlines.
- Visiting our clients’ sites and investigating the causes of their filtration issues and submitting proposals to get their issues resolved.

- Performing Lay-outs for various site erected equipment in addition to surveying levels as well as performing different QC tests.
- Expediting the fabrication process especially for the urgent materials needed at job site and making sure site need dates are met.
- Keeping an excellent track of materials from issuing engineering bills, purchasing, shipping to delivery date.
- Reviewing fabrication/construction progress reports and set up plans to maintain a sustainable high productivity factor.
- Communicating with engineering, procurement, shipping and other departments to resolve issues that can affect negatively the construction progress.
- Generating various weekly progress reports and submit them to the client.

- Performing daily preventative maintenance with the maintenance team for various site equipment.
- Providing support to the maintenance team to resolve vibration issues which includes aligning and balancing of different rotating equipment such Centrifugal Pumps, Reciprocating Pumps, Multi-Stage Air Compressors.
- Conducting vibrations checks on different site equipment and analyzing results.
- Performing different tests and inspections of site rotating/stationary equipment during shut down.
