Responsible till today for more than 25 Projects with the past 3 years and continues from Initiating stage till Closing Stage, different types of buildings such as (Residential - Business - Educational - Medical - Industrial- etc.) complete Fit-Out for the Governmental and Privet Sectors.

Project Manager for two big Industrial Building and 1 big Business Building in Abu Dhabi with complete Fit-out works. • Acting as the main point of contact during the Project timeline. • Overviewing the overall activities and operations of the project. • Liaising with the client/ Client representative, and the client appointed consultant.
• Leading the weekly site progress meetings and preparing/issuing the Minutes of Meeting. • Preparing and issuing the weekly progress report to the client. • Preparing and keeping the daily site report. • Liaising with the Project Supervisors to ensure all issues are resolved promptly. • Liaising with the planner to provide updates on progress milestones. • Liaising with the QS to provide reports on variations and change orders. • Preparing and issuing the defects and completion reports. • Pursing of T.O.C. by client & Authorities completion certificates. • Issuing handover documents to client.
I am responsible for constructing and finishing 6 projects each project is a complete villa with its services buildings in Abu Dhabi
And 5 maintenance projects complete maintenance
Responsible for pricing the projects for tendring
Know how to start project and handover it within its time & budget
Responsible for how to deal with consultants
Responsible for how to make inspections for Municipality and how to get approvals
Responsible for how to control the cost and variances
Responsible for coordination between all the stakeholders of the project
Responsible about how to satisfy the owners and bring their imagenation to the reality

I founded 5 villas and executed them in 5th settlement new Cairo
Excavation work, Foundations, All concrete work and Block work
Under the consultancy of Project Management Consultancy of Egyptian Army
I founded and construct 4 buildings for Egyptian Armed Forces in Future City in Al-Haykstep at Cairo, I finished them and closed them out in time (8 months)
Responsible to achieve highest level of quality in site works and closing out 4 buildings, it was turnkey contract in Borg Al arab project
I worked under the consultancy of Egyptian Army
This was my military service period: I served as a consultant for 21 buildings consisting of 6 floors, 1 mosque for 1000 prayers, 1 mosque for 500 prayers and 1 nursery for kids this was my part from constructing the huge project for Social Housing in Borg Al Arab at Alexandria. The project consists of 258 multistory buildings and their services buildings.
I have a Diploma through Professional Programme in Project Management ( PRMG) from THE AMERICAN UNIVERSITY IN CAIRO.. I completed the following courses through PRMG 1- PROJECT PLANNING AND CONTROL TECHNIQUES 2-MANGEMENT OF PROJECT RESOURCES 3-PROJECT BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL CONTROL 4- PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS 5-PROJECT PLANNING AND SCHEDULING PROFESSUONAL
