 Customizing new reports as per customers’ request and operations’ need by coordinating with IT team
 Troubleshooting the problems operationally and technically
 Managing the technical aspect of the operations in terms of racking systems, material handling equipment, docking equipment, warehouse management system, RF units
 Operating the inventory by RF units entirely to ensure the data integrity and stock accuracy
 Coordinating the procurement process for warehouse-related purchases
 Generating cost module for new leads and potential customers
 Calculating monthly production report and trying to cut cost in some parameters

 Organizing Borj Alarab structure starting from zone manager and ending to team member
 Defining employee duties by creating JOPs
 Managing the technical aspect of the operations in terms of racking systems, material handling equipment, docking equipment, warehouse management system, RF units
 Coordinating the procurement process for warehouse-related purchases
 Assisting in the acquisition process for prospect clients
