• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as needed.

• Saudi Polyolefins Company - Compounding plant ( A joint venture of Tasnee Petrochemicals and Lyondelndllbasll)
• Responsible for proper Operations based on Standards Operating Procedures and minor troubleshooting, if required of assigned Plastic Fabrication Machinery and its auxiliary equipment such as: Injection Molding, MFR, ASH, pellets uniformity, Color .
• Ensures that proper requisition and control of raw materials, colorant/master batches, packing materials and all other materials needed as instructed by immediate supervisor is being done as required.
• Ensures that the required Product Quality specifications/requirement are followed and met all the time.
• Ensures that finished products (passed Quality Control/Assurance inspection) a repacked as per required specifications, arranged in pallets accordingly and transferring them in the warehouse whenever required.
• Ensures that runners, rejects, scraps, and any other form of wastage's are segregated according to: materials, grades, colors to avoid contamination which will affect process ability and product quality accordingly.
• Ensures that proper safety and housekeeping procedures are followed and observed from time to time.
• Ensures that reports are properly done at the end of each shift or duty as required by immediate supervisor.
• Ensures that machines, materials, duly approved product samples, operating documents (Manufacturing Data Sheets, Flowcharts, Standards Operating Procedures, etc.), work area of responsibility are properly endorsed to the incoming shift(s). Also ensures to observe the proper shutdown procedures and any other standard shutdown procedures if his shift is presided by holidays.

Trained in Plastic Fabrication Technology course by International Senior Instructors and supervised by Japanese Experts that covers details of the machine history, theory, processes, machine parameters and cycle times. The Machine operation training includes: types, groupings, control panel, specifications, hydraulic system & parts & functions.
 Trained in the mold structure, parts, types, groupings, its setting, maintenance & configurations.
 Trained on SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for machine operations, mold change, Parameter setting & machine maintenance. Fundamentals of common secondary processes & auxiliary equipment and the
common Molding Defects & possible countermeasures.
 Trained in Kraus Maffei, Netstal Electrical injection molding machines, multi-component injection molding
process by using strategic plastic materials like PC, PMMA, NYLON & TPE. Also includes secondary
fabrication techniques like PAD printing, hot-stamping, ultrasonic welding & automatic screw driving.
 Trained in Operations, minor trouble shootings, repairs and maintenance of the following the Machines: Arburg, Husky (Pre-form), Injection Molding Machines, Kautex Extrusion Blow Molding Machines, Reifenhauser Sheet Extrusion Machine, Illig Thermoforming Machine, Cincinnati Pipe Extrusion, Polyrema Blown Film Extrusion Machines, Lemo Intermat Bag Making Machines, Sidel Stretch Blow Molding Machines,
Rapid Crushing and YEI Recycling machines.
 Trained in Basic Plastic Materials. Topics scope are: Introduction to Petrochemical industry, basics of
polymers & polymerization, classification of plastics, plastics materials & their properties; formulation technology (commodity plastics), overview of the fabrication processes for plastics: Injection Molding, Blown Film Extrusion, Blow Molding, Pipe Extrusion, Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming, Physical Properties of molten resins & recycling technologies.
 Trained in Plastic Testing laboratory by International Senior Instructors and supervised by Japanese Experts in Product Quality testings’ and Procedures. This course covers General Safety, Measurements, Plastics Testing, Specification and Test Standards and their importance and meanings which is highly used in plastics industry for quality inspection as well as in product research and development. Training covers theoretical and practical. Practical activities includes Micrometer and Vernier Caliper reading, Mechanical Testing includes Tensile, Flexural, Charpy Impact, Dart Impact, Puncture Impact and Tear Test. Optical Testing includes Haze, Gloss and Color Test. Thermal Testing includes Deflection Temperature under Load (DTUL). Material Characterization includes Melt Flow Rate Test.
 Trained in English. Scope includes introductory English level; Foundation fundamentals such as grammar, vocabulary, conversation, listening, reading & writing are covered. Introduction to various technical & science terms used during the work in technical field. Also fully engaged in an English speaking environment to build communication skills. All courses are taught by native English speakers
 Trained in Basic Engineering 1 & 2. Basic Engineering 1 scopes are: Safety engineering, accidents -its causes & prevention, the principle of 5S & KY, general overview & safe operation procedures for operation of plastic processing machines & good shop floor practices. As for Basic Engineering 2, the scope are: Basic industrial engineering, introduction to machinery, daily machine inspection guide, cost accounting method for processed goods, introduction to electrical engineering, introduction to control technology, introduction to measurement & quality control.
 Trained in Computer Lab. The training programs and methodologies are: Introduction to Computers, Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & also Internet & E-mail. This course has both Theory & Practical classes as per the needs.
 Trained in Mathematics. Topics includes: Operations on Real Numbers, Percentage, Plotting & Reading of Graphs, Operations on Polynomials, Linear Equations in One or Two Un-known’s, Exponential & Logarithmic Functions, Plane & Space Geometry, Elements of Analytical Geometry, & Methods of Comparison between Measurement Results.
 Trained in Chemistry Lab. Topics includes: Basic principles of chemistry in relation to polymers, atomic structure, chemical bonding, and types of polymers, important characteristics of plastics, effect of the environment, etc. are introduced. It is supported by experiments in the laboratory.
 Trained in the typical Japanese cultural way by having 15-20 minutes daily morning assembly exercises, scheduled motivational speeches of selected relevant topics from HIPF Top Management, Japanese Experts and International Team of Senior Instructors/Teachers.
 Successfully completed the 8 weeks On the Job Training program at (Rowad Global Packaging Co. Ltd) as part of the requirements for graduation.
