Sr.Planning and Project Control Engineer
-Development and maintenance of Project Planning & Scheduling and Performance monitoring.
-Preparation of Schedules for Project Pre-Q’s and Bids Submissions.
-Preparation of Planning, Weightage and scheduling procedures.
-Progress updates and analysis.
-Co-ordinate and prepare internal and external high level project reports.
-Lead planning activities including but not limited to scheduling, progress, productivity analysis and reporting activities;
-Prepare and maintain Master Project Schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for Power plant and Oil & Gas projects, including Main Procurement WBS activities in accordance with the scope of work for Project Pre-Qs, Tender Bidding and Execution phase.
-Prepare and maintain Project System schedules
-Preparation of weekly and monthly progress, Invoices reporting with associated look ahead projections for management and clients;
-Maintain and update project schedule during execution phase and ensure that all potential delays are highlighted to the Project Controls and Project Manager; propose possible mitigations for improvement and recovery.
-Conduct periodic site visits to, workshops, contracts and subcontracts facilities for schedule reporting verifications.
-Review and update procedures related to planning scheduling with as directed by the project services manager.
-Provide support to risk managers in risk analysis;
Piping Engineer
-Ensures the contractor works to prescribed project procedures and standards.
- Reviews potential cost and schedule trends as with scope of work variations and provides recommendations to the Area Construction General Superintendent.
-Works closely with the Field Engineering organization and ensures that all work complies and meet prescribed quality standards.
- Ensure weekly and monthly report input is provided in a timely manner and the input is factual and complete.
-Manage the completion and handover requirements and punch list generation/completion.
