To provide control system engineering support & technical expertise to sustain and improve the performance of
various automation control systems available in the complex. Being responsible for Design, development,
implementation and maintenance of automation control, such as Honeywell Experion HPMs / C300, and
TRICONEX PLC etc. In addition, providing troubleshooting procedures for control systems specialists and
recommendation of corrective actions. Moreover, Lead and initiate control system CAPEX projects starting from
idea initiation to engineering development, FAT & SAT, execution, and startup. Then, develop and maintain
solutions for real-time plant monitoring. Also, Supervision of the management of spare parts for Control
systems. Moreover, set road maps strategies for upgrades and spare parts.

Working on Honeywell control systems DCS. I have experience of C300, SCADA, HMI, DCS, and EXPERION PKS.
Responsible of configuration, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
I also work as a engineer, responsible of all technical aspects and leading engineering project team at all
project life cycle from project award to commissioning.
Main Responsibilities:
• work as a Honeywell SME for all DCS Software and Hardware activities including projects, upgrades,
migrations, life cycle management, and maintenance strategies.
• Lead the execution of obsolescence system upgrade projects part of gap assessments remediation actions.
• Lead HMI graphics modification as per and MOC.
• Lead CAPEX & OPEX DCS projects.
• Being technical lead for projects, identifying resources plan, and project milestones and execution plans.
• Lead and Support project from FEED to development, Engineering, FAT, SAT, Commissioning and Startup
activities.
• Leads and Coordinates between customer, local LSS team and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team to
resolve the issues in time, & meet customer satisfactions.
• Provide technical consultancy to Saudi Aramco, SABIC, MAADEN and JV for outstanding issues/problems and
clear it on system.
• Responsible for providing on-site service support including Preventive Maintenance on Honeywell DCS
System Experion PKS (EPKS).
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing for junior engineers to be engaged with business and gain confidence
with site services.
• System Audit at customer site to get overall system performance and healthiness results. And provide
recommendations for upgrades.
• Participate in assuring and implementing control requirements to comply with company standards.
• Monitor the overall sites system Healthiness via Experion system alarms, network management system and
other available monitoring tools part of the install base.
• Provide On call support for site issues, resolution provided in short time to support customer urgency.
• Fresh installation of new DCS console stations including assigning IP addresses, upgrading the software
revision to EPKS install base revision and joining domain.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Experion system components to ensure healthiness during normal operation.
• Upgrade control system CPUs such as Series C: (C300, CF9, eHPMs and IOs) with Honeywell latest
• revision of firmware.
• Experian System (Honeywell DCS) & Station Installation, Upgrade the Experian with all required patches
(HMI, Server patches, Hotfixes.
• Troubleshooting the communication issues between console stations and switches and geting proper
support to solve these issues.
• Support OT related activities for operational plants for anti-virus, windows server update services (WSUS),
and Experion Backup and Restore (EBR).
• Backup and Recovery the Experian database with replication the database between the primary
• and backup server.
• Perform 3rd party system integration with DCS via different protocols (Modbus, PCDI and OPC) for different
systems such as ESD PLCs and Data Historization (PI)
• Support to upgrade Domain Controller (DC) and the integration with Parent Domain Controller (PDC) .
• Support loops check activities.

Engineer in Medium Voltage department / sales support. Handling RFQ, BOQ and Pricing. I was responsible
for Design and configuration of switchgears based on SLD and customer standards. also, estimation and
preparation of commercial offers.
