Design, develop and implement the Emiratization strategy for STRATA.
Manage relationships with all government and external organizations.
Develop relationships with preferred agencies and organizations to proactively participate in Careers Fairs and other activities to raise the profile of the company as a “Preferred Employer” of UAE Nationals.
Assist in the integration of UAE National employees by providing appropriate HR support and guidance to both line managers and UAE National employees.
Develop and manage the UAE Nationals Management Development Program.
Manage regulatory requirements whilst maintaining effective budget controls.
Identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures for recruiting, remunerating, recognizing and retaining UAE Nationals, including Career Planning & Development of UAE Nationals.
Set annual Emiratization target for each department.
Establish quality standards and metrics for internal/external business impact and promote continuous improvement environment.
Conduct training needs analysis and develop objectives in support of determining L&D leadership priorities for the organization.
Support the preparation for enterprise wide talent reviews and the accompanying tracking of individual leadership development planning.
Utilize security resources with respect to provide best possible proactive plus reactive measures to minimize property loss.
Update and manage all Emergency Evacuation Plans and Critical Incident Response.
Manage security-related training and communication with entire building.
Designing and developing a learning and development framework based on the organization, and on individual needs in-line with the organization’s development needs, ensure its alignment to the talent management strategy framework.
Assess the effectiveness of L&D framework provided.
Deliver training through planning and organizing courses designed for selected groups of organization employees.
Continuously strive to improve quality of training provided and making necessary updates to existing materials and delivery approach.
Manage all HR functions & processes in the company that’s related to Emirates.
Ensures that professional services are being provided on time and within the preset standards and quality of service to all UAE national who is working in STRATA.
Consults with management to set and agree to objectives, taking responsibility for managing delivery.
Develops and delivers medium-term & long-term operational plans for the Emiratization. Department, ensuring they are consistent with the overall annual business plan.
Compliance in accordance with QA and HSE Standards.
Motivates, develops, trains, setting team objectives and completing staff appraisals, in order that business plan achievement is optimized and staff are developed.
Strategic planning for increasing the percentage of Emiratis is STRATA.
Evaluates and ensures the effectiveness of the airport security program by observing airport security activities,
Reviewing and evaluating practice, policy, procedure, and responses for periodic tabletop or field exercises.
Addresses security compliance, procedures, and planning .
Identifies potential security concerns, collecting and analyzing data on trends and patterns, reviewing security and inspection reports, and formulating alternatives to address trends and concerns.
Notifies security conditions and changes, review challenges to enforcement actions by conducting review meetings, address violations ban ensuring penalties are carried out.
Manages division's budget by monitoring security contracts, reviewing, scheduling and authorizing
Expenditures, preparing budgets and forecasts, recommending Capital Improvement Projects related to security, and analyzing variances.
Keeps abreast of existing and new legislation and ensures compliance to federal, state, and local requirements to include anticipation of future legislation and advising airport management on needed actions.
Visits the terminal and surrounding airport property to develop and review processes for the monitoring of security compliance and programs.
Balances security requirements and customer service needs by resolving problems and disagreements involving diverse interests of airport.
Developing HR training and development strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers.
Planning, directing and delivering training and development programs including staff inductions, to accomplish the organization’s goals.
Developing individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment.
Designing and implementing appropriate learning strategies.
