• Monitor performance & health of all projects and ensures that the documented scope of work is executed, in compliance with established processes and standards.
• Develop standard project management templates to be used across various projects.
• Set guidelines for application and use of automated project management tools.
• Review all the change orders raised by the customers and work with all the concerned project managers to study and analyze the impact on the project execution or project profitability.
• Develop & enhance all project management processes and procedures to enhance production.

Working as a section manager for Digital Projects Delivery & Operation. Managing 13 Project Managers and more than 125 different projects

Assigned as a team leader for STC security systems installation and maintenance project.

1- Coordinating with customer.
2- Managing more than 300 sites around the kingdom.
3- Dispatching engineers to sites.
4- Work directly with customer as a first line helpdesk.
5- Remote inspection and solving problems.

Out-side plant Engineer. (OSP)

Being responsible for any interruption caused by out-side plant network. Working on copper and fiber-optic cables that connect different sites around the network area.

Main responsibilities:
- Fiber-optic and copper cable Splicing.
- Conducting a periodic Preventive maintenance.
- Insuring work quality.

Working as a systems engineer for Electronia Company with the customer service department.
Designing, installing and troubleshooting different kinds of security inegrated systems (PIDS, MIDS, etc.), Security controls, Access and Attendance systems, as well as UHF radio communication systems, CCTV systems and Network communication systems
