Responsibility of the inventory of stocks.
Ensure that all the necessary safety procedures are adhered at all the times and PPE are used for the job to be performed.
Ensure that the warehouse area is kept clean and tidy.
Perform quarterly physical stock count for the raw material t.l.
Ensure that all records relating to the warehouse are accurately recorded and updated.
Maintain a good record for the expired and disposed materials.r.
Ensure that the requirements of the quality system are complied with by following procedure and work instructions.
Follow the company rules and regulations, safety and management directives.
Manage and control Amiantit’s logistics functions including custom clearance, transportations, freight forwarding (import & export) and custom exemptions to ensure smooth operational activities of the BU’s sales and purchase orders processing through effective management of all logistics functions in order to achieve Amiantit targets.
Direct the implementation of Amiantit’s corporate procurement policy and procedures to make certain that the companies make the best use of its logistics functions’ power in achieving Amiantit targets.
Monitor the process of Amiantit’s BU’s logistics functions fulfilling their sales & purchase orders requirements to ensure smooth on time products delivering to Amiantit’s BU’s or/and customers.
Negotiating with key suppliers as required to ensure best value of logistics functions conditions are obtained in terms of service quality, cost, the movement efficiency, qualification & punctual commitments.
Developing the business by analyzing logistical problems and producing required solutions.
Manages the team of Logistics personnel charged with the task of order preparation and fulfillment.
Ensure shipments’ documentation validation & completion processes, procedures and current / new ways of working for department to secure delivering on time with no delay or demurrage.
Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures when managing fleet or transport staff.
Ensure that the monthly & yearly report are prepared on high quality level showing all paramters and savings to support top management taking decisions whenever needed
Direct and ensure the implementation of the contract as per the agreed terms and conditions to avoid any discrepancy.

Follow the company rules and regulations, safety and management directives.
Receiving orders from customers by email, fax or Nalco portal.
Handling customer’s complains issues, and ensuring solving them in a timely manner,
Analyzing the logistics’ department performance KPIs.
Coordinating with the planning and operations teams to ensure product availability.
Please customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
Preparing shipping and invoicing documents.
Make sure the delivery is arrived to the customer location in good condition on time.
Controlling Renewal of Aramco ID and cars’ stickers.
Coordinator for HR activities.
Issuing Official HR Arabic Letters
Supporting Recruitment team in terms of official offers and hiring contracts.
