The main activities of the Executive Manager are as follows:
o Direct oversight of all operational issues (All Saudi Areas).
o Developing strategy for employee development as per perceived future customer requirements
o Direct oversight of all satellite office operations and operational issues.
o Preparation and approval of bid documents and job cost estimates for all contracts being bid on by ISS.
o Technical consultation with clientele for the purpose of evaluating individual client needs.
o Overseeing manpower and equipment allocations for all conventional NDT contracts and service orders.
o Allocation of equipment as per client and contract requirements.
o Monitoring on progress of new recruit training.
o Supervision company branch in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
o Risk management study and KPI (Key performance indicator) in the company.
o Implement the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to measure the employee’s performance and productivity.
o Study and prepare marketing study for ISS Company in 2009 and 2011.
o Arrange and design the yearly budget.
o Study and prepare company implement report for 2010.
o Technical solving and advisor in :
- NDT (Nondestructive Testing) (7 methods - RT, PT, MT, UT, VT, ECT, LUT).
- Inspection field (Mechanical, API, and AWC etc.).
TPI (Third Party Inspections) as per the stander (ASME, API).
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
o Concern about the Quality improving as per ISO 9001:2008.
o Concern about the technical Quality improving as per the ASNT (American Society Nondestructive Testing).
o Familiar with Aramco, Sabic, Lubrefe, SECO, Petrorabige standers.
the main activities of the Operations Manager are as follows:
o Overseeing manpower and equipment allocations for all conventional NDT contracts and service orders. In All Saudi Arabia (Dammam, Jubail, Riyadh, Jeddah, Rabje, Yanbu)
o Allocation of equipment as per client and contract requirements.
o Direct oversight of all satellite office operations.
o Follow-up on progress of new recruit training.
o Developing strategy for employee development as per perceived future customer requirements.
o To report Executive Manager on entire Operational activities of any particular month and the work planning for the following month.
o Visiting & meet the client for operation clarification.
o Review all new contracts and evaluate and approved before send to the final approval.
o Direct oversight of all training activities carried out by the Level III within the company. This includes the training of new technicians to become level II certified in varying disciplines, and ensuring that the certification of current technicians is kept up to date.
o Ensuring that the training programs being carried out are in line with company commitments to Saudization of technical staff.
o Ensuring that ISS procedures, manuals and work instructions are up to date, reflect best practices, and in line with company strategies and ISO 9001:2000 certification.
o Establishing strong business links with current and perspective clients both in Saudi Arabia and in neighboring countries where ISS either has branch offices or performs jobs.
o Marketing of ISS services to such clientele.
o Providing technical assistance and consultation to current or perspective clientele either in Saudi Arabia, or neighboring countries.
o Assisting in the preparation of tender documents for jobs to be performed by ISS.
o ssisting the Hi-Tech Group Leader in studying the feasibility of purchasing new Equipments to expand the range of services being provided by the company.
- Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) from King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), Certificate # 406, 2004 till date. (Covering the RSO activities since 2004 - 2010).also covering the Operations Assistant the main activities as follows:
- Established KCAST Radiations certificate authorization for ISS, starting with 15 isotopes, in 2008 increased to 30 sources from Ir-192.
- Conducting documented Radiation Safety training and refresher courses for all technicians and trainees. I trainee more than 350 technicians during this period.
- Import and export radioactive sources and containers and prepare all required paper work as per regulations and need of company.
- Maintenance and service of radiography and radiation safety equipment (projectors, crank units, etc...)
- Monitoring the radiation safety of all company radiographers as per regulations.
- Ensuring compliance of personnel with established emergency procedures. Making changes and adjustments to procedure as deemed necessary.
- Documenting all safety-related incidents concerning field technicians.
- Liaising with client representatives and government offices regarding company safety procedures and regulations as required.
- Established the safety and monitoring system, and implement the current procedure.
- Participate in many projects as engineer supervisor and engineer operator e.g. Aramco, Sabic and SWCC etc.
