•Energy Sector: analyzed the financial statements of energy companies in Kuwait, MENA region, Russia and Asia. Constructed the plans and strategies of the newly established AREF Energy Company, and involved in the preparation of the cash management and financial requirements for the company and its subsidiaries.
•Logistics Sector: team member in constructing the plan, strategy, and financial statements and financial requirements for a huge logistic company that includes Aviation, River transportation and other means of vital transportation.

•Involved in directing companies via future plans and strategies to maintain their profitability and market share in Energy and Logistics sectors.
•Involved in conducting a strategy and a plan for the establishment of general transport holding company that includes sea transportation, river transportation, logistics, and aviation.
Involved in structuring leasing transaction in different sectors including; real estate, health, transportation, fishing, shipping and aircraft financing.
•Performed full due diligence procedures for both; financing transactions and direct equity investments including; credit analysis, market analysis and country risk assessments.
•Prepared relevant information memorandums on the subject transactions for syndication purposes.
•Arranged for both underwriting and syndication groups.
•Followed up the documentation process until the funding date and forwarding the transaction to the operations department.
•Prepared valuation reports for acquisition purposes to several projects including Hotel in KSA, Fishing Company in Egypt and Transportation Company in Kuwait.
