Project: Design and implementation of Package-2 of Riyadh metro Project, Comprising the Line along Al-Madina AlMunawara, Prince Saad bin AbdulRahman Al-Awwal Corridor. Package -2 is mostly elevated along the western part of Al - Madinah Al Munawwarah Road, then underground in a bored tunnel in the central section of the line, and generally at grade along Prince Saad Ibn Abdulrahman Road. The length of the line is approximately 41.16 Km and it features 22 Stations (Elevated Stations 10 Nos., Underground Stations-8 Nos. and At Grade Stations-4 Nos) and 2 Depots: 10.28 km of underground track (4.8 km is Deep Bored Tunnel and 5.448 km Shallow Underground), 3.574 of line At Grade and 27.338 km is elevated viaduct with maintenance depots at the east and west extremities.

Responsibilities: I was posted at precast yard where all of the related segments in the project has to be casted. I contributed my part of efforts in successful completion of 6770 segments in a record time of 24 months whereas the planned completion of this phase was 30 months., i started my involvement in site leveling, building sheds, erection of moulds, preparation of bar bending schedules, casting of segments, repairs to the segments etc...apart from this I used to attend inspections with consultant, interface with sub-contractors, updating day to day activities with the management, attending progress review meetings and also training programs.

:Finishing Engineer

Responsibilities: i work as a Finishing engineer in station to handle all finishing activity like Block work, Plaster, tiles, Dry wall, fall ceiling, raise RFI and interface with subcontractors, review invoice, coordinate with other team like MEP, electric, follow up all QC and Safety observation for all work in different stage

Project:
RIYADH HILTON HOTEL & RESIDENCE
Project Type: Luxury Five Star Hotel
Work includes construction of a fully furnished five star hotel and full service apartments located in the countries capital Riyadh. The project consists of two towers; a 20 story building housing the 645 guest rooms and suites, and a 14 story building housing the 221 full service apartments, In addition to the hotel rooms and apartments, this project features all the standard hotel amenities with underground parking, and site work. It also has Four restaurants including a roof garden Cafeteria, A Business Center, Health Club with an indoor swimming pool and a 1750 Seat Ballroom. The total built up area is 220, 000 M2. The Towers are also connected to the adjacent Granada Mall by a 400 M air-conditioned skywalk.


Responsibilities: I was handling works related to labor management and construction activities like block work, finishing works. Apart from this I used to handle day to day activities at site like follow up of RFI, inspections with client, preparation of progress reports and also attending monthly progress meeting with the project manager.
