Job description:
▪ Deal with tenants and clients queries with regards to their complaints, request, payments, unit’s availability,
rentals prices, and booking .
▪ Process orders, applications backing up of secretary, procurements and accounts departments.
▪ Expedite orders and delivery of necessary items as required depending on urgency basis. Developing and
communicating cooperative goals and supporting the employee team; and keeping cooperative policies.
▪ Develop and review budget and goals with year-end planning Provide effective performance feedback through
employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary.
Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and
quality goals.
▪ Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality,
efficiency, and output.
Job description:
o Monitoring daily activities of all the various staff on our extensive property portfolio
o Analysing reports and feedback, from staff, software and clients and inputting this data into reports for top level
management, as well as updating daily KPI’s for staff
o Spot checks on staff across our property portfolio on a daily basis
o Attending to major problems occur that require management decisions to resolve
o Weekly reporting to top level management (Managing Director) and the Board when required
o Ensuring that all systems are properly implemented and that staff are adequately prepared for these changes
o Identifying new staff and training all new employees of the department
o Attending regular meetings with landlords, clients as well as the tenants staying at various properties across our
portfolio
o Promoted to Senior Property Consultant 3 months after joining the company because of strong sales in our
exclusive project Imperial Towers in The Pearl Qatar
o Managed a team of 3 Executive Property Consultants
o Responsible for evaluating the rental prices for all of our Residential Leasing Department\[
o Preparing materials & coordinating with our marketing department for advertising our various projects
o Promoted ENGEL & VÖLKERS in the public domain, including promotional booths in exhibition centres &
shopping malls
o Attending viewings with VIP clients
o Making sure that all contract negotiations with both tenants and landlords, were completed in a legal manner
and with all the correct paperwork submitted
o Reported to the CEO
o Facilities standards co-ordinator
o Oversaw the Housekeeping, Maintenance and Catering Departments
o Responsible for the maintenance of standards for all hospital support functions
o Responsible for the final clearance prior to any V.I.P. attendance to the hospital
