- Maintaining good liaison with quality productive groups, informing them of any difficulties in product or any quality problem (member in QA team as internal auditor for ISO 22000).
- Asserting that all equipments are working on high efficient, reporting all maintenance jobs for the higher level, and contacting the responsible departments to sort out the problems.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standers as required by law and company policy.
- Supervisory responsibility, includes management of employee performance, setting shift supervisor's KPI's, hiring, discipline, development and recourse planning.
