Ensures the effective provision of all HR services to the concerned BU and provides general oversight on all the
BU HR related processes and activities
Develops the yearly HR plan and budget of the concerned BU/JV and ensures it meets its budget and other non- financial targets set by Top Management
Reviews all BU staff timesheets, and ensures accurate and timely completion of the payroll preparation process

Coordinates with the CHO Talent Unit for fulfilling the BU manpower requirements for managerial level employees
Creates and follow ups with the BU HR initiatives, including Saudization and the recruiting of females as applicable
Manages strategic HR processes such as succession planning and career development for all the BU staff
Manages the implementation of disciplinary procedures within the BU in coordination with the Employee Relations Unit Head
Manages grievances of non-managerial level employees
Coordinates and follows up with the Government Relations department for the timely execution of BU
government formalities requests such as visas, iqamas, exit/re-entry visas, etc.
Provides support to the BU managers for the successful execution of the performance appraisal process at the BU
Ensures proper and timely execution of the performance appraisal process by the BU managers
Manages the training and development of all BU staff in coordination with the Talent Development Unit
Manages all personnel administration tasks for BU staff including management of leaves, grievances and end of service
Ensures compliance with Group level personnel regulations at the BU
Develops and institutionalizes the BU specific HR related data, know-how and capabilities while leveraging on the ERP business solutions
Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team of HR professionals to ensure that the BUHR requirements are met
Is responsible for the development, performance appraisal and succession planning of all direct and indirect reports
Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager
