Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage the business development that help
terminal concession achieve its objectives.
• Managing commercial stakeholders, includes sales management, operations
management, customer service management
• Negotiating, prepare and signed contracts with stakeholders.

• Drafted and negotiated commercial client agreements to secure and protect airport’s commercial interests, facilitated the execution of such agreements, and monitored the performance of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Advised clients and provide solutions based on their ongoing and future commercial needs and goals, and resolved all client concerns and their outstanding issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Formulate pricing policies.
• Performs product inventory in accordance with established policies and maintains related records.
Designed and produced visual interpretations of automobiles and their components
using CAD software.
