Responsible for performing payroll accounting and administrative duties to support the Payroll section including setting up payroll account codes, processing payroll certifications, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, auditing payroll reports, processing transaction forms and resolving payroll issues.
• Responsible for issuing, renewing, and upgrading licenses for healthcare practitioners in KAAUH.
• Adding and removing employees from GOSI system (General organization for social Insurance).
• Working on payroll section on human resources department and providing relevant data.
• Maintain employees’ information by compiling and updating employment database.
• Fulfilling the quality requirements of the healthcare practitioners’ files based on CBAHI quality standards.
• Authenticating education and experiences certificates of the healthcare practitioners through Dataflow Company.
• Monitoring the medical training certificates of the healthcare practitioners in KAAUH.
• Fulfilling the contracts Renewing requirements for healthcare practitioners in KAAUH.
• Creating and updating personnel and payroll information in spreadsheets.
• Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
• Provide information to employees and managers on payroll and benefits matters.
• Keep informed about changes in any laws that affect the payroll process.
Prepare reports about Saudi hotels and housing units.
Write field reports about the festivals and conferences in Saudi Arabia.
