I’ve got a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and five years experience working as an Electrical Engineer as a site engineer which includes after following the full safety instructions me and my team :
. Receiving project documents which includes contractual documents (Drawings-Time schedule-Agreement-vendor list-Specifications-and BOQ).
. Showing MS( Material Submittal form) to consultant to approve.
. Making MIR (Material Inspection Request) and showing the consultant the stored materials including material submittal and delivering notes to approve.
. Making IR which includes Site work Inspection Request for first fix according to approved drawings.
. Making RFI ( Request For Information) for any alteration works if needed.
. Making RFP (Request for Proposal) for any suggestions works that help the tasks under progressing continue.
All the stages mentioned above are completely being reported to the Electrical Supervisor or my manager to be informed on the way the works are going including other administrative works such as Site work Instructions -Non Conformance Report - Method Statement and Damage Report.
. Assign regular meetings to the whole team recap the methods of working and having a great chance to renew our enthusiasm for working better.
