 Issuing Site Memos and NCRs to the Contractor.
 Implementing QA procedures to ensure quality control performed by
others is properly implemented throughout the assigned projects.
 Working on construction site, assisting the Sr. Engineer/ARE with
implementing Mechanical Engineering practices and related Standards.
 Daily & Monthly progress report of the Inspection. Maintaining the
records of all the Inspected Copies for reference.

Central Library, Ceremonial Plaza, Colleges, Medical College,
Research Centre, Mosques, Senior Staff Villas and Monorail
Stations.
Job Profile
 Provide leadership to project team to accomplish project goals and monitor
output.
 Prepare project execution strategy; ensure the implementation of quality
control standards and on
time completion.
 Follow up with consultants for technical issues and daily site Inspection.
 Supervise monitor and report project progress to QA/QC Manager
throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion.
 Attend project progress meetings and coordinate with other department.
 Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures follow and
material used conformed to project specifications and quality standards.
 Oversaw HVAC, Plumbing and fire fighting systems, and systems
coordination, Material submission and approvals.
 Establish and maintain effective health & safety system in place for the
project strictly adhering to standards with Saudi Oger Business conduct and
ethics policies at all time.
 Liaising with clients, Consultant, Sub-contractors and local authorities for
approvals.

 Work in close liaison with Mobilization manager, contractors to monitor,
and Consultants. Approve the progress of work on site.
 To ensure smooth co-relation between the Client and Project Management.
 Attending progress meetings with Client, Project Management and
Contractors.
 Taking over all the site Documentations, certifications from the Government
Authorities.
 Arranging FM space for the sites, spare parts list, asset register, Defect
liability period certificate.
 Snagging and De-snagging, arranging Training for the Technicians and
making all the arrangements.
 Review planning schedule given by the sub-contractor, and high potential
delay progress and reporting to the manager about the delay.
 Giving the Weekly & Monthly progress report to the Mobilization Manager.

 Work in close liaison with Project Manager, MEP Manager and the MEP
Contractor to monitor.
 Responsible for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting Execution as per
Specification.
 Progress of work on site, to ensure smooth co-relation between the civil and
Electro-mechanical Works.
 Coordination with Civil and Electro-Mechanical work on Site.
 Attending the Co-ordination meeting with Project Manager, Construction
Managers & Project Engineers (Electrical& Plumbing) for co ordination with
other services.
 Supervising and Coordinating the team of Engineers of all MEP services
(HVAC, Plumbing, fire fighting and drainage system for all the areas.
 Interacting with the Consultant for day to day Inspections of Services and
obtaining Approvals as per Approved Drawings and Specification. Closing of
NCN and JSN raised by Consultant.
 Giving the Weekly & Monthly progress report to the planning department.
