• Provide professional suggestion and guidance operational and equipments along with technical and facilities design.
• Ensure quality and compliance to parameter and codes preceding turnover to client establishment.
• Ensuring to visits construction sites to monitoring condition effecting design.
• Identify solutions to resolve technical design problems including electrical system used during construction.
• Interacting professionally with cross-functional team members.
• Participate in project electrical work plan development.
• Prepare BOQs and project executions.
• Guide and perform quality electrical installation and commissioning of all the switchgears, switchgear panels, GIS, transformers of ratings 50/67 MVA, control panels, etc., strictly according to the SEC standards.
• Contributing in constant upgrading of product documentation.
• Oversee and coordinate performance and routine activities of electrical field engineering personnel.
• Supervise detail work plan and supports project control as well as mini schedule establishment.
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
Making electrical designs (Load calculations and design) as per the client requirement.
Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
Coordinates with client/consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Performing required maintenance on the systems installed.
Servicing and troubleshooting all panel boards related problems.
Give clients and customers training on the usage of panel boards
Travelling to various locations for servicing and troubleshooting.
Carrying out works in customer’s premises in accordance with client’s quality standard.
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best option to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site
Prepare and submits RFI to the clients / consultants’ engineer for approval and processing of project invoices for payment.
Giving prompt and effective attention to emergency call received during and after working hours.
Maintain safe and secure work environment by following safe practices as per QA/QC standards.
Projects covered for Electrical designing of Malls, Factories, Hotels, Apartments, Housing-societies etc.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.
Submits site daily reports, inspection request, estimates and all monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensures that all the site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. Project Manager.
Performs program developing for plc’s (siemens 1200, 300, 400, Allen Bradley 500, ABB, etc.).
Performs visualization developments in SCADAs’ ( intouch, rs-view, codesys).
Trouble shooting in both PLC and SCADA issues.
Supervise the functioning of machines, performs tests and functioning methods.
